EMPOWERED Therapy, LLC is a highly specialized practice focused on providing comprehensive therapeutic services to teenagers, women, and parents. This unique environment and treatment approach has been built around helping individuals discover a safe, reliable, and comfortable place to receive help and work on overcoming life's obstacles. I am dedicated to empowering individuals to become strong, confident, resilient, and capable people who everyday live the life they have envisioned for themselves.

Clients are often relieved upon receiving the opportunity to seek help with someone they feel comfortable - in a setting where their unique age and struggle is the focus. EMPOWERED Therapy, LLC is committed to empowering individuals as they work to figure out who they want to be, and then in finding the power and confidence to be that person.

From the moment you walk in the door, you will feel respected, accepted, and understood. This is a place designed to empower you to feel comfortable in your own skin, to feel accepted for who you are, and to both embrace and celebrate your differences. Without the fear of judgment, you will be able to build new skills, set meaningful goals, and develop a positive sense of self.

I believe therapy is a service that all individuals deserve to access, even if he or she just has a few minor concerns to discuss. A young person's first experience with therapy will dictate their comfort when seeking services in the future. I ensure this first experience is healthy, supportive and productive.
