Trauma-Informed Yoga

Weekly yoga classes will be offered here, and to ensure that these classes are accessible, inclusive, and welcoming to all humans they will all be trauma-informed classes. - Every teacher here will have additional specialized training on the understanding of trauma, the impact it has on individuals and communities, and how to teach in a way that is sensitive to trauma. In service of this mission, Empowered Spaces is also committed to providing ongoing education and trainings around trauma, and holistic and effective approaches for healing.
